Investorite laenu põhiosa suhe tagatisvara väärtusesse (LTV) on ehituse lõpus u. 75%.Laen tagastatakse valmisehitatud eramu müügitulust.Crowdestate investorid finantseerisid sama arendaja Raiheina tee 35 ühepereelamu ehitust. Projekt oli edukas, elamu on müüdud ja investorite laenud koos intressiga tähtaegselt tasutud.
