Investoritel on võimalus anda elamu ehituseks 1. järjekoha hüpoteegi tagatisel laenu kokku summas 175 000 eurot. Hoonestamata kinnistu turuväärtus enne rahastamise algust oli 88 000 eurot ja tulevikuväärtus, kui ehitus on lõpetatud, 340 000 eurot (vt. lisatud hindamisakti). Investorite laenu põhiosa suhe tagatisvara väärtusesse (LTV) on ehituse lõpus u. 75%.Laen tagastatakse valmisehitatud eramu müügitulust.Crowdestate investorid finantseerisid sama arendaja Raiheina tee 35 ühepereelamu ehitust. Projekt oli edukas, elamu on müüdud ja investorite laenud koos intressiga tähtaegselt tasutud.
