Sponsor ehitab Meremõisa külas ühepereelamu aadressil Pesapuu tee 11, Meremõisa küla, Lääne-Harju vald. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast 30 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.Sponsor soovib investoritelt kaasata hüpoteegiga tagatud laenu kogu summas 170 000 eurot, millest 154 000 eurot läheb projekti ehituskulude finantseerimiseks ja 16 000 eurot kapitali vabastamiseks. Projekti rahastamine on korraldatud mitmes rahastamisvoorus. Esimese rahastusvooru summa on 100 000 eurot. Laenu kasutamise eesmärgiks on projekti ehituskulude finantseerimine. Laenu tagatiseks seatakse 1. järjekoha ühishüpoteek Pesapuu tee 11 kinnistule hinnatud turuväärtuses 164 000 eurot (hindamisakt + omanikujärelevalve poolt kinnitatud ehitustööd). Projekti kehtiv LTV on 60,9%. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 70%. Ehitatava maja aadressil pesapuu tee 11 elamispind on 109,5 m2. Ühepereelamu ehitus on alanud: Pesapuu tee 11 valmidusaste on 55%.Laenuperiood on 12 kuud (kuni 31.01.2023) ja intress 9% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse ühekordse maksena laenuperioodi lõpus või valmis maja müügist. Pesapuu 11 maja hinnatud tuleviku käibemaksuta väärtus 280 000 eurot, kuna kinnistu omanik on eraisik.
