Valoarea de piata a proprietatii este de 145.000 EUR, prin urmare LTV-ul  este de ~48%.Imprumutul este garantat prin intermediul unei ipoteci de rang 1 asupra apartamentului de lux.Rata dobanzii este fixa de 13.5% p.a., iar perioada imprumutului pana la 12 luni. Plata principalului si a dobanzii se vor face la maturitatea imprumutului. Imprumutul va fi rambursat din veniturile din vanzari aferente altor proiecte si dezvoltarii ale Sponsorului, vanzarea apartamentului adus în garantie (daca va fi cazul) si/sau a altor active sau prin refinantare bancara.
