Renoveeritav korter on 97 m2 suurune, see asub maja soklikorrusel ja projekti omanikul on plaan ümberehituse käigus teha kaks korterit. Investorite laenu tagab 1.järjekoha hüpoteek Puiestee 108 renoveeritavale korteriomandile. Tagatisvara hinnatud turuväärtus tänasel kujul on 81 000 eurot ja projekti oodatav ehituskulude põhine LTV (laenu ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhe) on kuni 60%. Laenuperiood on 3 kuud ( kuni 2 kuud pikendamise võimalusega). Investorite laenult arvestatakse intressi 12% aasta baasil ja intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksega laenuperioodi lõpus või korteriomandi müümisel. Laenu tagasimakse toimub korteri müügitulust.
