Laenu tagastamise allikaks on valminud korterite müük. Rae põik 10 ridaelamu projekti ehitamine juba algas. ja 58% on valmis. Projekti valmimise tähtaeg on kevad 2022.a.Võlaõiguslepingutega on müüdud kõik 9 korterit. Laenuperioodiks on 4 kuud. Fikseeritud intressimääraks 9% aasta baasil.
