There is no periodic interest payments. Rae põik 10 üheksa korteriga ridamaja arendus asub Rae vallas, Rae külas, u. 10 km kaugusel Tallinna kesklinnast. Projekti Sponsor on naaberkinnistutel sama projekti alusel ehitamas nelja ridamaja, mille rahastamine toimub Crowdestate investorite poolt. Rae põik 10 ehituse maksumus on 803 000 eurot ja Crowdestate investoritele pakutakse võimalust kaheksanda vooruga rahastada ehitust mahus 58 000 eurot. Koos eelnevate rahastamisvoorudega on investorite laen kokku summas 781 300 eurot, mis on ka tänaseks akteeritud ehitustööde maksumus. Ehitusest on valmis u. 97%.Võlaõiguslepingutega on kõik korterid müüdud. Esimeste korterite üleandmine ja asjaõiguslike müügilepingute sõlmimine algab juulis 2022.Laenuperiood on kuni 2 kuud.  Fikseeritud intressimäär on 10% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või korterite asjaõiguslike müügilepingute raames summa laekumisel. Laenu tagastamise allikaks on valminud korterite müük. Projekti valmimise tähtaeg on juuli 2022.a. Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteegiga Rae põik 10 kinnistule.Tagatisvara väärtus on käesoleva kampaania hetkel 1 024 000 eurot (sh. hoonestamata kinnistu + akteeritud ehitustööd). Projekti LTV on hetkel 76% ja kogu laenusumma väljastamisel 77%.Sponsor on Rae põik 6 ja 8 naaberkinnistu ridamajad valmis ehitanud ja Crowdestate investorite laenu tähtaegselt tagasi maksnud.
