Ridamaja ehituse maksumus on 895 000 eurot ja Crowdestate investoritele pakutakse võimalust kümnendas voorus rahastada ehitust mahus 68 000 eurot. Koos esimese üheksa rahastamisvooruga on investorite laen kokku summas 841 700 eurot, mis vastab akteeritud ehitustöödele seisuga 31.08.22. Võlaõiguslepingutega on kõik 9 korterit müüdud!  Laenuperiood on 4 kuud (30.12.2022). Fikseeritud intressimääraks 10% aasta baasil.
