Laenu tagatiseks seatakse 1. järjekoha hüpoteek Rattasepa tee 33 kinnistutele hinnatud turuväärtuses 74 000 eurot. Projekti kehtiv LTV on 54%. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 75%.
