Sponsor ehitab Soinaste külas paariselamu aadressil Rattasepa tee 33. Projekt asub Tartu kesklinnast 11 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.Sponsor soovib investoritelt kaasata hüpoteegiga tagatud laenu kogu summas 209 000 eurot. Laenuga finantseeritakse Rattasepa tee 33 paarismaja ehitust. Projekti rahastamine on korraldatud mitmes rahastamisvoorus. Käimasoleva viienda rahastamisvooru summa on 35 000 eurot. Laenu tagatiseks on seatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteek Rattasepa tee 33 kinnistutele hinnatud turuväärtuses 248 000 eurot (sh. hoonestamata kinnistu väärtus 74 000 eurot ja akteeritud ehitustööd 174 000 eurot). Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 75%. Rattaseppa tee 33 kaks paariselamu korterit on juba võlaõiguslepingutega müüdud. Korterid on identse planeeringuga, elamispinnaga 108,8 m2.
