Projekt asub Tartu kesklinnast 11 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.Sponsor soovib investoritelt kaasata hüpoteegiga tagatud laenu kogu summas 209 000 eurot. Laenuga finantseeritakse Rattasepa tee 33 paarismaja ehitust. Projekti rahastamine on korraldatud mitme vooruga. Praeguse seitsmenda ja viimase vooruga soovitakse kaasata 10 000 eurot.
