Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteegiga arenduspotentsiaaliga kinnistule Riia linna ja Marupe valla piiril, aadressil Raudas iela 6A, Riia, Läti Vabariik. Kinnistu väärtus on EUR 98,000 ja laenukohustuste ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhe (LTV) vastavalt sellele on 62%. Laenuperioodiks on 12 kuud. Fikseeritud intressimääraks on 12% aasta baasil.
