Käesolevaks investeerimisvõimaluseks on hüpoteegiga tagatud sildlaen arenduskinnistu omandamiseks. Projekti Sponsor soovib kaasata EUR 18.800. Omandatav kinnistu asub Marupe vallas, Läti Vabariigis. Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteegiga arenduspotentsiaaliga kinnistule Riia linna ja Marupe valla piiril, aadressil Raudas iela 6A, Riia, Läti Vabariik. Kinnistu väärtus on EUR 98,000 ja laenukohustuste ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhe (LTV) vastavalt sellele on 62%. Laenuperioodiks on 12 kuud. Fikseeritud intressimääraks on 12,5% aasta baasil. Perioodilisi intressimakseid ei tehta; laenu põhiosa ja kogunenud intress makstakse välja laenuperioodi lõpus või tagatisvara müümisel. Laenu tagastamise allikaks on hetkel lõppjärgus oleva arendusprojekti müük Marupes või tagatisvara müük.
