Käimasoleva uue projekti raames pakutakse investoritele võimalust anda Kohilas Ristiku tn 1-3 asuva uue ridamaja korteri tagatisel laenu kokku summas 115 000 eurot. Crowdestate investorid on varasemalt rahastanud Ristiku tn 1 ridamaja ehitust. Varasemad laenud on arendaja poolt korrektselt tagastatud.  <div>Korteri suurus on 68,4 m2 ja see asub Rapla maakonnas, Kohila vallas, Pukamäe külas, Ristiku tn 1. Objekt asub 30 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Tallinna kesklinnast ja on arenenud infrastruktuuriga Kohila linna lähedal. Tegemist on viie korteriga ridamajaga, kus iga korteriomandi juurde kuulub kaks parkimiskohta ja u. 300 m2 suurune krundi osa. Projekti omanik soovib korteri tagatisel saada lühiajalist laenu kuni 6 kuuks, et investeerida uude arendusse. Tagatiseks seatakse 1. järjekoha hüpoteek Ristiku tn 1-3 korteriomandile. Tagatisvara hinnatud turuväärtus on 164 000 eurot ja projekti LTV 70%. Investorite laenult arvestatakse intressi 11% aasta baasil ja intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksega laenuperioodi lõpus või korteriomandi müümisel. </div>
