The size of the apartment is 68.4 m2 and it is located in Rapla county, Kohila municipality, Pukamäe village, Ristiku St. 1. The property is located 30-minute drive from Tallinn city center. It is close to Kohila small town which has developed infrastructure. The terraced house has five apartments. Each apartment includes two parking spaces and a yard of approx. 300 m2. Fixed interest rate of the loan is 11% p.a. and interest is payable as a lump sum at the end of the loan period latest. Loan period is up to 6 months. Crowdestate investors have previously financed the construction of the same terraced house. Previous loans have been correctly returned by the project owner.

Koos esimeses voorus kaasatud summaga moodustab investorite laen 115 000 eurot.Tagatiseks seatakse 1. järjekoha hüpoteek Ristiku tn 1-3 korteriomandile. Tagatisvara hinnatud turuväärtus on 164 000 eurot ja projekti LTV 70%. <div>Tagatiseks oleva korteriomandi suurus on 68,4 m2 ja see asub Rapla maakonnas, Kohila vallas, Pukamäe külas, Ristiku tn 1. Objekt asub 30 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Tallinna kesklinnast ja on arenenud infrastruktuuriga Kohila linna lähedal. Tegemist on viie korteriga ridamajaga, kus iga korteriomandi juurde kuulub kaks parkimiskohta ja u. 300 m2 suurune krundi osa. Projekti omanik soovib korteri tagatisel saada lühiajalist laenu kuni 6 kuuks, et investeerida uude arendusse. Laen makstakse tagasi omaniku teiste projektide müügitulust, pangalaenuga refinantseerides või tagatiseks oleva korteri müümisel.Investorite laenult arvestatakse intressi 11% aasta baasil ja intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksega laenuperioodi lõpus.  Crowdestate investorid on varasemalt rahastanud Ristiku tn 1 ridamaja ehitust.
