Investeerimisperiood on kuni 7 kuud. Kõikide korterite suurus on 102,4 m2 ja korteri keskmine müügihind on 177 430 eurot. Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga Ristiku tn 2 elamumaa kinnistule (ühishüpoteek seitsmele korteriomandile). Hindamisakti kohaselt on hoonestamata kinnistu turuväärtus on 92 000 eurot. Peale esimest rahastamisvooru on projekti LTV 61% ja projekti jooksul ulatub LTV kuni 78%-ni.  Crowdestate investorid finantseerivad ka Sponsori Ristiku tn 1 ridamaja arendust. Selles projektis toimub esimese korteri asjaõigusliku müügilepingu sõlmimine ja investorite laenu osaline tagasimakse juunis 2022.
