Esimeses kolme vooru raames on investorid finantseerinud ehitust summas 345 000 eurot. Ehituse tähtaeg on november 2022. Projektile lisatud fotod on seisuga 24.08.2022.Kõigi seitsme korteri ostjatega on notariaalsed võlaõiguslepingud sõlmitud! Laenu fikseeritud intressimäär on 11% aastas. Perioodilisi intressimakseid ei toimu. Investeerimisperiood on kuni 4 kuud. Kõikide korterite suurus on 102,4 m2 ja korteri keskmine müügihind on 177 430 eurot. Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga Ristiku tn 2 elamumaa kinnistule (ühishüpoteek seitsmele korteriomandile). Hindamisakti kohaselt on hoonestamata kinnistu turuväärtus on 92 000 eurot. Peale kolmandat rahastamisvooru on projekti ehituskulude põhine LTV 76%.  Crowdestate investorid rahastasid summas 250 000 eurot ka projekti omaniku Ristiku tn 1 ridamaja arendust. Projekt oli edukas ja kohustus investorite ees täideti korrektselt.
