This is the 1st tranche of the investment opportunity for EUR 170,000. The source of reimbursement will be the sale of the houses when finalized. At this moment, 2 houses out of the total 4 houses of the 1st phase are pre-contracted and expected to be delivered between September 2022 - October 2022. The second possible source of reimbursement can be refinancing from one of the banks operating in Romania.  The investment tenor for this tranche is up to 12 months. Käesoleva, 1. rahastusvooru eesmärgiks on kaasata EUR 170,000.Laenu tagastamise allikaks on lõpetatud majade müügist saadav tulu. Arendatavad majad on erinevates ehitusjärkudes. Vastavalt hindamisaktile on arenduse väärtuseks praeguses faasis EUR 355,963, moodustades LTV 47,75%.

Rata dobânzii este de 13% pe an si va fi platita la vânzarea obiectivului, partial sau integral, impreuna cu principalul, dar nu mai tarziu de maturitatea creditului. Imprumutul va fi garantat cu ipoteca de rang 1 pe teren si constructiile viitoare. Terenul si constructiile existente ale primelor 4 case, care se afla în diverse stadii de dezvoltare au fost evaluate pentru suma de 355.963 EUR de catre SVN Research &amp; Evaluation Advisors, prin urmare LTV-ul pentru prima transa este de 47.75%.
