Steel Express Haldus OÜ soovib käimasoleva rahastamiskampaaniaga refinantseerida Crowdestate'i investoritelt kaasatud varasema laenu summas 415 000 eurot. Varasema Crowdestate investorite laenuga soetas Sponsor rahavoo teenimise eesmärgil hoonestamata kinnistu ning tootmishoonega hoonestatud kinnistu. Laenu teenindamine on olnud eeskujulik. Sponsor plaanib hoonestamata kinnistule rajada 3 000 m2 suuruse üüritava pinnaga tootmishoone ja selle välja üürida. Refinantseerimine on tingitud Sponsori mõnevõrra optimistlikust hinnangust projekti ettevalmistamisele kuluvast ajast ning ümberprojekteerimise vajadusest. Praeguseks on Sponsor saanud uue tootmishoone ehitamiseks ehitusloa.Väljastatav laen on tagatud hüpoteekidega (I jrk hoonestamata kinnistule ja II jrk tootmishoonega kinnistule) ning tütarettevõtte käendusega. Laenu intressimäär on 15% aastas ning investorite oodatav tootlus (IRR) 16.02% aasta baasil.  Antud investeerimisvõimalus pakub igakuiseid intressimakseid ja põhiosa tagasimakseid alates laenu väljastamisele järgnevast kuust.
