Käesoleva investeerimisprojekti eesmärgiks on rahastada 4  paarismajakorteri ehituskulusid. Kinnistud asuvad Bukaresti eeslinnas, 39 Privighetorilor tänav, Balotesti asulas, Ilfov maakonnas, Rumeenias. Crowdestate’ investoritel on  võimalus investeerida hüpoteegiga tagatud arenduslaenu kujul kokku summas EUR 320,000. Rahastus korraldatakse 7 rahastusvooru kaudu, vastavalt ehitustööde edenemisele ja ettemüügile. Käesoleva rahastusvooru suuruseks on EUR 50,000. Obiectivul acestei oportunitati de investitie este finantarea constructiei a 4 case unifamiliale cuplate pe 4 loturi de teren in suprafata totala de 1212 mp situat in Balotesti, Str. Privighetorilor, nr. 39, Jud. Ilfov, Romania. Investitorii Crowdestate vor avea oportunitatea de a investi intr-un imprumut senior pentru constructie in suma totala de 320.000 EUR, acordat în 7 transe, in functie de progresul lucrarilor si de avansurile incasate. Prima transa de 40.000 EUR a fost finantata in Martie - Aprilie 2022. Aceasta va fi a doua transa de finantare in cadrul proiectului in suma de 50.000 EUR. Sursele de rambursare vor fi avansurile încasate de la clienti sau vanzarea caselor  la momentul finalizarii acestora.  La data prezentei,  1 casa din totalul celor 4 case este pre-contractata si se asteapta ca finalizarea acestora sa se realizeze pana la finalul lunii martie 2023. A doua posibila sursa de rambursare poate fi refinantarea prin intermediul unei banci din Romania. Durata investitiei pentru aceasta transa este de pana la 16 luni. Rata dobanzii este de 14% pe an si va fi platita trimestrial. Imprumutul va fi garantat cu ipoteca de rang 2 pe teren si constructiile viitoare.
