Projekti sponsor, Rolegur OÜ kavandab samaaegset ehitustegevust nii tänava kui ka esimese ridaelamu väljaehituseks valmimistähtajaga hiljemalt 2018.a. jooksul.Käesoleva ühisrahastuskampaania eesmärgiks on rahastada Tammelehe tn. 2 asuva, 6 korteriga ridaelamu ehitusfinantseerimist kogusummas kuni 690 000 eurot. Ehitust finantseeritakse etappidena, mis vastab ehituse akteeritud tööde mahule ja maksegraafikule. Iga etapi rahastamisega seonduvalt toimub projekti tagatisvara väärtuse järk-järguline kasv kuni ridaelamu valmimiseni. Käesoleva, viienda ja viimase etapi finantseerimismaht on 70 000 EUR, laen on jätkuvalt tagatud 1 jrk. hüpoteegiga ja fikseeritud intressimääraks on  13,0% aasta baasil.

Проект по развитию рядных жилых домов на улице Таммелехе (поселок Табасалу, волость Харку, Харьюский уезд) состоит из 3 отдельных участков, на первый этап по развитию которых выдано разрешение на строительство с целью возведения рядного жилого дома с 6 квартирами вместе с отдельным разрешением на строительство для формирования улицы Таммелехе (улица, коммуникации, освещение). Спонсор проекта, Rolegur OÜ планирует одновременную строительную деятельность как для строительства улицы, так и первого рядного жилого дома со сроком сдачи не позднее чем в течение 2018 г.Цель настоящей кампании софинансирования – финансировать строительство рядного жилого дома с 6 квартирами, находящегося по адресу Таммелехе, 2, на общую сумму до 690 000 евро. Строительство финансируется поэтапно, что соответствует актированному объему работ и графику платежей на строительство. В связи с финансированием каждого этапа происходит постепенный рост стоимости залогового имущества проекта до готовности рядного жилья.Объем финансирования настоящего, третьего этапа составляет 160 000 евро, кредит постоянно обеспечен ипотекой первого порядка, и фиксированная процентная ставка – 13,0% в год.
