Korteriomand asub miljööväärtuslikus Kuressaare vanalinnas, u. 400 m kaugusel Kuressaare südalinnast. Investoritele pakutakse võimalust anda korteriomandi 1. järjekoha hüpoteegi tagatisel laenu kokku summas 130 000 eurot. Korteri suurus on 150 m2.Kinnistu turuväärtus on lisatud hindamisakti kohaselt 301 000 eurot.
