Toome teieni järgmise rahastamisvooru, mille raames avaneb investoritel võimalus rahastada kolme eramaja ehitust asukohaga Veeru tee 2, 4 ja 6, Uuta küla, Nõo vald, Tartu maakond. Investorid rahastaksid kogu projekti mahus kuni 300 000 eurot ja praeguse kolmanda vooru maht on 75 000 eurot. Järgnevate voorude summad makstakse välja osade kaupa vastavalt ehitustööde kulgemisele. Ehitustegevus käib: õpetatud on kõigi kolme maja välisseinte ehitus, paigaldatud on aknad ja alustatud on katuslae ehitusega. Ehituse tähtaeg on oktoober/november 2022.Veeru tee 2, 4 ja 6 kinnistud asuvad Elva külje all, u. 20 km (15 minutit autosõitu) kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Tegemist on u. 40 elamumaa krundist koosneva arendusega, kus on uued või ehitusjärgus elamud. Poed, lasteaed ja kool asuvad 1 - 4 km raadiuses. Lähim bussipeatus 600 - 700 meetri kaugusel. Kõik kolm maja on müüdud ja sõlmitud on võlaõiguslikud müügilepingud. Eramajad on ühesuguse planeeringuga ja majade suurus on 156,8 m2. Majade müügihinnad on vahemikus 225 000 - 230 000 eurot.Investorite laenud tagatakse 1. järjekoha ühishüpoteegiga Veeru tee 2, 4 ja 6 arenduskinnistutele. Kinnistute turuväärtus on hetkel 193 000 eurot. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 61%.Laenudelt arvestatakse intressi 11% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või majade müümisel. Laenude tagasimakse allikaks on majade müügitulu. Laenuperiood on 3 kuud.
