Toome teieni järgmise rahastamisvooru, mille raames saavad investorid rahastada kolme eramaja ehitust asukohaga Veeru tee 2, 4 ja 6, Uuta küla, Nõo vald, Tartu maakond. Investorid rahastaksid kogu projekti mahus kuni 300 000 eurot ja praeguse neljanda vooru maht on 50 000 eurot. Järgnevate voorude summad makstakse välja osade kaupa vastavalt ehitustööde kulgemisele. Ehitustegevus käib: paigaldatakse katuseplekke, algamas on fassaaditööd ja siseviimistlustööd. Ehituse tähtaeg on november/detsember 2022.
