Toome teieni uue rahastamisvooru, mille raames saavad investorid rahastada kolme eramaja ehitust asukohaga Veeru tee 2, 4 ja 6, Uuta küla, Nõo vald, Tartu maakond. Investorid rahastaksid kogu projekti mahus kuni 300 000 eurot ja praeguse viienda ja viimase vooru maht on 25 000 eurot. Ehitustegevus käib: tehakse siseviimistlustöid. Hoonestamata kinnistute turuväärtus projekti finantseerimise alguses oli 193 000 eurot. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 61%.Laenudelt arvestatakse intressi 11% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või majade müümisel. Laenude tagasimakse allikaks on majade müügitulu. Laenuperiood on u. 3 kuud.
