Ehitustegevus käib: vundamendid on valmis ja kõik kommunikatsioonide otsad veetud, põrandakütte torustik paigaldatud ja põrandad valatud. Järge ootab välisseinte ehitus. Ehituse tähtaeg on jaanuar 2023. Hoonestamata kinnistute turuväärtus rahastamise alguse hetkel oli 156 000 eurot. LTV ei ületa projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul 70%.Laenudelt arvestatakse intressi 11% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või korteriomandite müümisel. Laenude tagasimakse allikaks on majade müügitulu. Laenuperiood on 5 kuud.
