Investorid rahastaksid kogu projekti mahus kuni 300 000 eurot. Järgnevate voorude summad makstakse välja osade kaupa vastavalt ehitustööde kulgemisele. Ehitustegevus käib: vundamendid on valmis ja kõik kommunikatsioonide otsad veetud, põrandakütte torustik paigaldatud ja põrandad valatud, välisseintest on u. 80% laotud. Ehituse tähtaeg on jaanuar 2023. Hoonestamata kinnistute turuväärtus rahastamise alguse hetkel oli 156 000 eurot. LTV ei ületa projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul 70%.Laenudelt arvestatakse intressi 11% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või korteriomandite müümisel. Laenude tagasimakse allikaks on majade müügitulu. Laenuperiood on 4 kuud.
