Toome teieni Veeru tee 8, 10 ja 12 kolme eramaja ehituse neljanda rahastamisvooru summas 25 000 eurot. Investorid rahastaksid kogu projekti mahus kuni 300 000 eurot ja esimese kolme vooru maht oli kokku 200 000 eurot. Järgnevate voorude summad makstakse välja osade kaupa vastavalt ehitustööde kulgemisele. Ehitustegevus käib: vundamendid on valmis ja kõik kommunikatsioonide otsad veetud, põrandakütte torustik paigaldatud ja põrandad valatud, välisseintest on laotud ja käib katusefermide paigaldus. Ehituse tähtaeg on aprill/mai 2023. Hoonestamata kinnistute turuväärtus rahastamise alguse hetkel oli 156 000 eurot. LTV ei ületa projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul 70%.Laenudelt arvestatakse intressi 12% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või korteriomandite müümisel. Laenude tagasimakse allikaks on majade müügitulu. Laenuperiood on 5 kuud.
