Käesoleva projekti raames pakub Crowdestate ühisrahatusplatvorm investoritele võimalust osaleda teises Viru Halud OÜ rahastamise voorus. Laenu pikkuseks on 12 kuud, intressimäär 15.0% aastas ning prognoositud tootlus (IRR) investorile 16.02% aastas. Antud investeerimisvõimalus pakub igakuiseid intressimakseid, põhiosamakse tehakse laenuperioodi lõpus.Investorite huvide kaitseks on laenu tagatiseks juhatuse liikme isiklik käendus laenusumma ulatuses ning kommertspant ettevõtte vallasvarale summas 370 000 eurot.
