Let’s take a look back at October 2021 – new, completed, and overdue projects, payments made to investors, and secondary market transactions.
Successfully funded projects
In October 2021, 10 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform, out of which 5 were from Estonia,1 from Portugal, 1 from Latvia, 2 from Romania, and 1 from Slovakia.
A total of 8 projects were funded. The total number of funded projects increased to 387, in the amount of EUR 111 855 000.

The average investment amount in October was EUR 405.92. Compared to the last month, the average investment amount has decreased by EUR 60.82.
Exited investment opportunities
A total of 10 successful exits were made during the month of October and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 265.
The total amount of EUR 673 118.31 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totaling EUR 648 464.52, and interest payments totaling EUR 24 653.79.

32.89% of Crowdestate investors are active in the secondary market. In October, 632 investment offers were published for sale, in the amount of EUR 579 808.29 and 273 investment opportunities were bought in the amount of EUR 110 269.25.
The most-traded project was Calea Fagarasului 1A, Brasov, Romania (II), which was put on sale 56 times
The most bought project this month was Nord Company, which was sold 25 times.
October pay-outs and overdue projects
Repayments to investors were made from 39 different investment opportunities totaling EUR 292 064.16 of which EUR 97 729.50 were principal repayments, EUR 194 333.46 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 1.20.
As of November 1st, payments of 19 different projects had been late, totaling EUR 8 789 958.16, including EUR 4 769 338.26 principal, EUR 2 011 331.89 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 2 009 288.01.
