Crowdestate performance report: September 2021

Let’s take a look back at September 2021 – new, completed and overdue projects, payments made to investors and secondary market transactions.
Successfully funded projects
In September 2021, 10 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform, out of which 5 were from Estonia, 1 was from Latvia, 2 from Romania and 1 from Slovakia.
A total of 18 projects were funded. The total number of funded projects increased to 379, in the amount of EUR 110 607 000.

The average investment amount in September was EUR 466.74. Compared to the last month, the average investment amount has increased by EUR 85.8.
Exited investment opportunities
A total of 17 successful exits were made during the month of September and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 255.
The total amount of EUR 2 456 979.95 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totaling EUR 2 363 460.92, interest payments totaling EUR 93 339.03, and late fees in the amount of EUR 180.

Marketplace statistics
32.77% of Crowdestate investors are active in the secondary market. In September, 490 investment offers were published for sale, in the amount of EUR 596 617.15 and 171 investment opportunities were bought in the amount of EUR 71 834.9.
The most-traded project was Verkkosaarenranta, 00580 Helsinki, Finland, which was put up for sale 48 times.

September pay-outs and overdue projects
Repayments to investors were made from 43 different investment opportunities totalling EUR 288 782.19 of which EUR 177 753.77 were principal repayments, EUR 110 668.42 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 360.
As of October 1st, payments of 23 different projects had been late, totaling EUR 11 036 748.73, including EUR 4 998 260.84 principal, EUR 2 124 807.14 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 3 946 113.60.
