According to the attached expert assessment, the project's short-term liabilities ratio to the collateral (LTV) value is 64%.The loan's interest rate is 11% per annum.The principal and interests will be paid at the end of the loan period.The loan period is 12 months, with a Sponsor's option to extend the loan period by 3 months with the obligation to increase the interest rate by 2% for the extended period.
