Antud investeerimisvõimaluse eesmärk on finantseerida aadressil Aruheina tee 10, Metsakasti küla, Viimsi vald, Harjumaa, Eesti asuvat ühepereelamut. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast autoga 20 minuti kaugusel ja on arenenud infrastruktuuriga Viimsi elamurajoonis. Varasemalt crowdestate investorid finantseerisid Sponsori kahte paarisealmu projekti aadressil Heinapõllu tee 7 ja 9, Kulli külas, Raasiku vallas kogusummas 243 000 eurot. Mõlema paarisealmu korterid on edukalt müüdudInvestoritele pakutakse mitme rahastamisvooruga võimalust rahastada ühepereelamu ehitamist, kogusummas 242 000 eurot, millest esimese rahavooru suuruseks on 102 000 eurot.
