Antud investeerimisvõimaluse eesmärk on finantseerida Viimsi vallas Metsakasti külas asuva Aruheina tee 10 ühepereelamu ehitust. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast autoga 20 minuti kaugusel ja on arenenud infrastruktuuriga Viimsi elamurajoonis. Varasemalt finantseerisid Crowdestate investorid Sponsori kahte paariselamu ehitust aadressil Heinapõllu tee 7 ja 9, Kulli külas, Raasiku vallas kogusummas 243 000 eurot. Mõlema paariselamu korterid on edukalt müüdud.Investoritele pakutakse mitme rahastamisvooruga võimalust rahastada ühepereelamu ehitamist, kogusummas 242 000 eurot.
