Käesoleva projekti eesmärgiks on finantseerida projekti Sponsori, Baltic Forest OÜ poolt hoonestamata naaberkinnistu soetamist asukohaga Paikuse alev, Pärnu linn 12-kuulise laenuga summas 160 000 eurot. Väljastatav laen on tagatud I jrk hüpoteegiga soetatavale kinnistule ning ettevõtte omanike isiklike käendustega laenusumma ulatuses. Laenugraafiku mõistes on tegemist nö bullet-laenuga ehk laenuga, mille perioodi jooksul tasutakse vaid intressimakseid ning põhiosa tagastatakse laenuperioodi lõpus ühekordse maksena. Laenu intressimäär on 15.0% aastas ning investori oodatav tootlus (IRR) 16.08% aasta baasil.Soetatav kinnistu on Sponsori jaoks äriliselt strateegilise tähtsusega. Kinnistu soetamine võimaldab enda kasutusse saada täiendava sissesõidutee. Viimane tagab senisest otstarbekama toormaterjali logistika veoautodele palgisorteeri algusesse.
