Tegemist on investeerimisvõimaluse kolmanda osamaksega summaga 273,300 eurot.Laenu tagasimaksmise allikaks on valminud majade müük. Majad on graafikujärgselt valmis veebruaris-märtsis 2024 ja klientidele üle antud  juunis-juulis 2024. Muud tagasimaksmise allikad võivad olla refinantseerimine mõnest Rumeenias tegutsevast pangast või muud arendava ettevõtte tegevustest saadud tulud.Käesoleva laenu periood on kuni 11 kuud. Laenu intressimäär on 14.5% aastas. Põhiosa- ja intressimaksed tehakse laenuperioodi lõpus. Laenu tagatiseks on kolmas järjekoha hüpoteek arendatavatele kinnistutele ja olemasolevatele 9 ehitisele.
