Antud investeerimisvõimaluse eesmärk on finantseerida aadressil Heinapõllu tn. 7, Kulli küla, Raasiku vald, Harjumaa, Eesti asuvat paarismaja. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast autoga 25 minuti kaugusel ja on arenenud infrastruktuuriga väikelinna Jüri lähedal.
