Nelja maja ehitatakse korraga ja ehituse tähtaeg on mai 2021.a. Esimese rahastamisvooruga soovib Sponsor kaasata kuni 200 000 eurot (miinimumeesmärk 100 000 eurot). Hüpoteegiga tagatud laenu intress on 10% aasta baasil ja esimene intressimakse toimub 12 kuu möödudes. Investeerimisperioodi kestuseks on 18 kuud. Laen makstakse tagasi korterite müügitulust. Samas plaanib Sponsor Crowdestate’i investorite laenu refinantseerimist pangalaenuga kui nõutav ettemüügi tase (14 korteri võlaõiguslik müük) on saavutatud. Tänase seisuga on broneeritud 7 korterit. Sponsoril on pangalaenuga refinantseerimiseks siduv pakkumine. Kortermajades on müüdavat pinda kokku 3290 m2 ja korterite juurde kuulub panipaik keldrikorrusel või korteri kõrval. Enamikel korteritel on rõdud ja esimese korruse korteritele on ette nähtud omaette terrassid. Il progetto prevede la costruzione di quattro condomini unici nel loro genere nel cuore della penisola di Kakumäe. Ci sono in totale 48 appartamenti. La società Sponsor offre agli investitori la possibilità di finanziare la costruzione dei condomini con un prestito garantito da un'ipoteca di 1° grado. In precedenza gli investitori hanno finanziato lo sviluppo dei progetti della società Sponsor Metsapargi 6 e Taevasilma 5 (casa bifamiliare). Il primo è stato finalizzato con successo, ovvero gli investitori sono stati ripagati del capitale e gli interessi maturati.
