Toome teieni Pärtli tee 6 ühepereelamu ehituse kolmanda rahastamisvooru. Ehitatav elamu asub Kuusalu vallas, Valkla külas. Investoritel on võimalus anda elamu ehituseks 1. järjekoha hüpoteegi tagatisel laenu kokku summas 175 000 eurot.
