Meie uus projekt pakub võimalust finantseerida ühepereelamu ostu ja ehitust asukohaga Raiheina tee 35, Maardu linn. Kinnistu asub Tallinna kesklinnast u. 14 km (20 - 25 minutilise autosõidu) kaugusel, Viimsi valla ja Maardu linna piiril. Ümbruskonnas asuvad valdavalt ühepereelamud. Investoritele pakutakse mitme rahastamisvooruga võimalust rahastada ühepereelamu ostu ja ehitust kogusummas 260 000 eurot. Intress makstakse ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või valmisehitatud maja müümisel. Investeerimisperiood on kuni 31.12.2022 (u. 4 kuud). Projekti omanikul on õigus perioodi pikendada üks kord 3 kuu võrra. Pikendusperioodi intress 12,5% aastas.  Ühepereelamu suurus on 174,7 m2. Hindamisakti kohaselt on valmiskujul on maja turuväärtus 426 000 eurot ja hindamisakti järgne väärtus (u. 60%-lise ehitusvalmiduse juures) 278 000 eurot. Investorite laenu põhiosa suhe tagatisvara turuväärtusesse (LTV) on kuuenda laenuosa väljastamisel 65%. LTV on ehituse lõpus kuni 69%.Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga Raiheina tee 35 kinnistule.Laen tagastatakse valmisehitatud eramu müügitulust.
