Crowdestate performance report: July 2021

Let’s take a look back at July 2021 – new, completed and overdue projects, payments made to investors and secondary market transactions.
Successfully funded projects
In July 2021, 14 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform, out of which 7 were from Estonia, 4 were from Latvia, 2 from Romania and 1 from Portugal.
A total of 15 projects were funded. The total number of funded projects increased to 353, in the amount of EUR 107 333 000.

The average investment amount in July was EUR 362.36. Compared to the last month, the average investment amount has increased by EUR 13.13.
Exited investment opportunities
A total of 6 successful exits were made during the month of July and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 235.
The total amount of EUR 849 388.34 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totalling EUR 840 000, interest payments totalling EUR 9 388.34, and late fees in the amount of EUR 0.

Marketplace statistics
32.84% of Crowdestate investors are active in the secondary market. In July, 613 investment offers were published for sale, in the amount of EUR 700 350.92
and 171 investment opportunities were bought in the amount of EUR 52 309.14.
The most-traded project was USL Invest OÜ (II), which was published for sale 105 times. The most bought project this month was also USL Invest OÜ (II), which was bought a total of 22 times.
July pay-outs and overdue projects
Repayments to investors were made from 38 different investment opportunities totalling EUR 376 242.67 of which EUR 218 906.57 were principal repayments, EUR 144 988.05 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 12 348.05.
As of August 1st, payments of 21 different projects had been late, totalling EUR 10 267 627., including EUR 4 938 405.39 principal, EUR 1 786 669.52 interest payments and late fees in the amount of EUR 3 542 552.57.
